2020 외국인 무역아카데미 운영개요:

1) 사업목적

- 국내 무역업 창업을 희망하는 외국인 주민 대상 무역업 창업 정보제공 및 무 역인양성교육 지원을 통해외국인 주민의 경제적자립 바탕 마련

- 모국어 및 한국어의 이중언어 구사가 가능한 외국인 주민을 무역인으로 양성, 국내 중소기업의해외판로 개척 자원으로의활용 및 일자리창출 효과 도모

사업대상

- 무역업 창업에 관심 있는 외국인 주민(귀화자 포함) 및 무역비자(D-9-1)발급 위한 필수항목점수(10점) 취득희망자

2. 세부 사업내용

1) 세미나

- 교육대상 : 무역업 창업관련 최신동향에관심 있는 외국인주민(귀화자포함)

- 교육내용 : 무역업 최신동향 및무역업 창업 정보제공등

- 교육기간 : 1과목, 2시간

- 운영기간 : 4~11월

-운영절차:모집→신청→교육

- 운영횟수 : 연 2회, 각 25명(총 50명)

2) 기본교육 - 교육대상 : 무역업 창업에 관심 있는 외국인 주민(귀화자 포함) 및 무역비자 (D-9-1)발급 위한 필수항목점수(10점) 취득희망자 - 교육내용 : 법무부무역비자(D-9-1)점수제「무역전문교육」과정운영기준근거해운영 - 운영기간 : 2~12월 - 운영횟수 : 연 4회(온·오프라인), 각 50명(총 200명) - 운영절차 : 모집 → 선발심사(서류/면접) → 교육 → 수료 - 교육과정 : 필수과목 7개, 선택과목 4개(총 11과목) - 교육운영방법

· 온라인: 한국무역협회 온라인 강의 플랫폼 및 Zoom 플랫폼 활용한 온라인 강의 수강

· 오프라인: 오프라인 강의실참석하여 강의 수강

- 수료기준

· 온라인: 출석률 80%(26시간) 및평가시험 2회 평균점수 60점 이상

· 오프라인: 출석률 80%(24시간) 이상

3) 심화교육

- 교육대상 : 외국인무역아카데미기본교육수료자중, 무역업창업에필요한실무역량강

화및무역비자(D-9-1) 연장을위한가점(3점) 취득희망자

- 교육내용 : 법무부무역비자(D-9-1)점수제「무역전문교육심화과정」운영기준근거해운영

- 운영기간 : 3~12월

- 운영횟수 : 연 2회, 각 25명(총 50명)

- 운영절차 : 모집 → 심사(기본교육수료여부등) → 교육 → 수료

- 교육과정 : 필수과목 2개, 선택과목 8개(총 10과목, 30시간)

- 교육운영방법 : 오프라인 이론 및 컴퓨터 실습강의

- 수료기준 : 출석률 80%(24시간) 이상

- 강의일정 : 미정

※ 심화교육은오프라인으로만진행이가능함에따라, 코로나19 바이러스확산되어강의운영중단

3. 무역비자 1) 발급절차 - 사업자등록증발급(업종:무역업) → 무역업 고유번호부여증발급 → 비자신청 2) 제출서류 - 신청서, 여권사본, 수수료 등 공통제출 서류 - 사업자등록증사본

- 무역업고유번호부여증 사본

- 공동사업약정서원본 및 사본(공동 사업자인경우)

- 사업장존재 입증 서류(임대차계약서)

- 점수제해당 점수 입증서류
